Daily Itinerary Summary
Day 01: Entry Beijing
Our professional guide will wait for you at the exit of the luggage claim area holding our logo and your name at Beijing airport. A comfortable airport-hotel transfer is provided upon your arrival. On the way to the hotel, a brief introduction of the capital city will be given. Check into your hotel and enjoy the free time on your own. You may stay at the hotel for some rest or walk around to get a first impression of Beijing city.

Day 02: Beijing
After a rich breakfast, you will be gathered together at the lobby of your hotel by the guide, the first arrangement this morning is to meet the other members of the group who are from all around the world but share the same taste on travel. You will introduce and know each other during the meeting. Then the pre-tour briefing which includes some dos and don'ts will be given in the hotel. Your memorable tour will begin with the world famous Tian'anmen Square - one of the grandest city squares in the world. At the north of the square, you will get to the Imperial Palace - known as the Forbidden City, where you can sense the vicissitude of once feudal spelled country. Splendid paintings on the royal architectures, grand and deluxe halls, and surprisingly magnificent treasures will certainly satisfy "modern civilians". Afterwards, the guide will take you to the Temple of Heaven, which is much bigger than the Forbidden City and smaller than the Summer Palace with an area of about 2,700,000 square meters. This evening, we will arrange a delicious meal for you at a decent restaurant followed by a lively Acrobatic Show.

Day 03: Beijing Today's tour covers the top highlight of Beijing-the Great Wall, the Sacred Road and the Ming Tomb. In the morning, head to the Badaling section of Great Wall. Badaling is a rare ancient military defense project. The elevation of it is about 1,000 meters. You will have the whole morning to witness the great human project. We will arrange a decent lunch for you at a famous Sichuan food restaurant, which is not lunch site tourist restaurant. In the afternoon, move to the Sacred Road and the Ming Tomb - one of the Ming Dynasty royal graves. The layout and arrangement of all thirteen mausoleums are very similar but vary in size as well as in the complexity of their structures. The whole day tour will come to the end after taking a glance of the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium) on the way to downtown. You will also not miss the famous Beijing Duck Dinner at a decent restaurant, which is valued at CNY122.00 net per person (inclusive).

Day 04 : Beijing
Xian Finish the Beijing tour after staying at the royal garden - the Summer Palace and the Beijing Zoo. You will have a chance to enjoy the classical Chinese garden architecture in the Summer Palace and get a close touch with the lovely pandas in Beijing Zoo. Afterwards, a comfortable airport transfer will be arranged according to your flight from Beijing to Xian. Our professional guide will expect you at the exit terminal of the Xian airport and transfer you to the well-selected hotel, which is located at central Xi'an, near to the West Gate, around the corner of the Sajingqiao and Lianhu Road.

Day 05 Xian Today's excursion will take you to the genuine Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, which is built in the Qin Dynasty (221BC-206BC) and became the greatest archaeological discovery in the 20th century. The great excavation revealed thousands of warriors and their horses - an entire army buried for safeguarding the eternity of Emperor Qinshihuang. A delicious lunch will be arranged in the downtown area. Continue the tour to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which is located about 4 kilometers from the urban center. You will be marveled with this storied pagoda, since it was built with layers of bricks but without any cement in between. Tonight you will enjoy the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show while partaking the famous Dumpling Banquet Dinner. (Address: No. 165, Wenyi Road, Xian, 710054)

Day 06 Xian Today, you will be scheduled to visit the City Wall. After several restorations, the longest unbroken section is from the Western Gate to the East Gate, a distance of approximately 5 kilometers (3 miles). Cycling on top of the wall in this section, you will have a bird's eye view of the city. An a la carte lunch valued at CNY60.00 net per person (inclusive) will be prepared for you at a local famous restaurant. The afternoon tour will head you to meet a local family, which will introduce you to the life of the local people. Then visit the Great Mosque in the Muslim residential area and have some free time there to shop for souvenirs or antiques in the bazaar near the Mosque.

Day 07: Xian
Shanghai Visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi on the way to the airport before you board the flight. Take a flight to Shanghai. Our guide will pick you up at the airport with transferring you to the hotel, where the decent dinner is reserved.

Day 08: Shanghai Your Shanghai city tour package will start by the visit to the Shanghai Museum,
which contains 120,000 cultural relics of all the historical periods in ancient China, in which collections of bronzes, ceramics, paintings, calligraphy and ancient sculptures are among the best in China. Following visit the most celebrated classical Chinese garden -Yuyuan Garden in the northeast part of the old town. Afterwards, the guide will leave some free time for you to stroll along the Bund area to experience the thrills of old Shanghai. Then you will be transferred back to the hotel and your whole tour will be finished after dinner.

Day 09: Shanghai/ Exit No service will be offered today, you are advised to take a taxi or a shuttle bus to the airport for your homebound flight by yourselves. Please note that there are two airports in Shanghai, one is Hongqiao airport and the other is Pudong airport. For the international flight, you should travel to the Pudong airport. However, you are also welcomed to make an extension tour for your China adventure if you wish to stay on rather than return home right away.
